Vitruvion has been using the Formance system in projects since 2014.
Our Experience
Many of our 24+ Formance homes (as of March 2023) are uniquely crafted architectural buildings, but we also specialise in standard repeatable, yet customizable designs.
Our expertise is under one roof - merging construction, prefabrication and architecture to reverse-engineer the end product.
We optimise the performance and energy efficiency of your home, making it healthy and comfortable all year-round regardless of the climate and/or location.
Our process creates high-performance building shells and structures, that can be incorporated within a conventional build programme and erected in partnership with approved local partner teams anywhere in NZ.
