Site Spotlight: Homestar 10 Build in New Brighton, Christchurch

Set just a few blocks back from the beach, this New Brighton project is aiming high — targeting Homestar 10 certification and built with Formance SIPs for outstanding airtightness, energy efficiency, and all-season comfort.

During a recent site visit, William Hubbard from Formance caught up with Phil Tabb of Baumann Builders to talk through the build so far — from design intent to the hands-on experience of working with SIPs.
